I *think* I get it. Korea at one end of the runway. HK at the other. So... bringing HK / other destinations closer? But the only way the idea 'works' at all is to write the names on the layout, which is pretty much admitting defeat before you start.
The idea is a stretch at best. (Assuming that is the idea).
