What the hell? Are they asking for a job, or asking people who wants a job to apply?

They probably want you to prepare yourself for a very small salary or none at all if you think different

This ad is based on two of the most famous campaigns in advertising history. "Think small" (DDB Bill Bernbach for Volkswagen) and "Think different" (for Apple). By using the same typefaces as in the original campaigns, it is obvious that this ad is about advertising. The content simply tells: "We are a small firm that think and act different, and we are looking for you – advertising lovers". Nice.

thanks for explaining the utterly obvious. too bad you misjudged the idea as 'nice' though. it's borrowed interest. no self-respecting creative should work at a shop that even in its own recruitement ad doesn't have a unique idea.

Have you ever heard of a term "swipe file"?

Google for it.

Swiping an idea is not illegal.
Stealing is illegal.

Swiping a work that was proven to work is good IF it can bring in more money for the business.

Sincerely,
Abdul Rahman

The headline caught my attention! I thought it was a nice use of fonts to communicate a whole lot to the TA. But the "For a job..." line felt like discovering your date has, well - the wrong equipment! A let-down.

"Advertising sucks... ever so gently."
