Sorry, but nobody drinks here to the sake of the (only) king, nor the many former capitals. "What do we have here? Errrm, four capitals! Bingo, let's write about that! Would people actually raise a toast to that? Who cares?!"
It's a boring fact, like population numbers, not a cause for celebration.
