i did better jobs with listerine back in the ad school years. (AAAP. Buenos Aires,Argentina)
Too much to me, I would have left it like it but to me the people in the church should not cover their mouth. The message would be the same, but the user would have to think a bit more. It may be the difference between creativity first and efficiency first !

All you needed was the people all squashed into the last row seats without their disgusted expressions, it would have been more subtle and less obvious.
