Ok idea, unfortunately I think it's a bit too simple for this complex of an issue. It works for speeding tickets and other kinds of "impulse prejudice," if you will, but employment rates, finding flats, government officials have become much deeper issues. What I mean is that minorities are born into less fortunate circumstances, so unfortunately, the number of weeks it takes to find living arrangements is usually more a result of bad credit. Thus it's a landlord's liability, not prejudice, that is a deciding factor. The elected officials statistic, likewise, is a product of the lack of educational opportunities presented to minorities, education that is required to work in politics. I'm afraid the paint chips only illustrate the very tip of the iceberg.
