You're missing the point. The purpose of hospice is to provide day to day assistance to those who are terminally ill – not old – and their families. It helps provide an environment that is as stress free as possible, so the patient can enjoy the time that's left as much as possible.
This campaign is very powerful, though the art depicts older people and not so much terminally ill people. Very good, but could also be a tad better.

Others have seen what is and asked why. I have seen what could be and asked why not.

I think most of the lines are on the right track but not there. I like this one though.

You shouldn't tell old people they are gonna die soon. This is way too bad!
Love the campaign. It's honest and emotive - taps right into a human truth. The sensitivity of these ads is amazing. I wish i'd done them.
the suggestion of death is scary. would've been nice to avoid it in the copy. we all know the aged 'll die someday... dont need to be told
Damn... RIGHT ON!
Like this campaign a lot!!!
