Copy is a bit clunky
I don't think the person drowning should have chosen to be a swimmer
that dude has a weird foot...
This immediately comes to mind http://adsoftheworld.com/media/ambient/jobsintownde_petrol_pump.
It makes this otherwise okay ad less impressive.
The Jobs In Town campaign is different. It's not the same concept. In that campaign the people are good at what they do; they are just not happy.
Here, we have someone who's not good at what he's supposed to do.
A very old concept. But nice execution.
Here's an old ambient (same concept) that I like: http://adsoftheworld.com/media/ambient/monstercom_wrong_job_fireman
nothing fresh.... one more of thousands similar ideas....

Astronaut win - Horse & fireman runner up to me !
Nice photo. weak idea.
Idea has been done and weak execution. Just not funny.
Not good.
Like it for simple reasons of advertising:-)

Love the idea, but the copy is a bit see-say.
I'd have simply had it say something along the lines of "New careers at _________"
Very straight and simple.
Very old idea.
What a pussy. Get into the friggin water!
I think this is not good.
student work :)
