Checked the Banksy link you provided but I don't think you could call it 'stolen inspiration'. If I'm sitting on judgement I'd look at the context in which the idea is implemented and honestly, the idea in this ad is quite original and of course, brilliant. If your 'stolen inspiration' logic is applied across the board then all discoveries and inventions that brought us where we are today, would come under a shadow. Glad to see you agree that it's a great execution.
