it took me about 15 seconds to get that there are litters somewhere there. It's nice, clean, creative, but little bit enigmatic.
Creative masturbation. The creatives had fun doing this for other creatives to drool over. But the consumer? I don't think they have 30 seconds to sit and figure this one out.

I bark the same. It's a shallow idea executed in the usual make-things-look-like-other-things visual.

So what's the value in here? OK, so the trash cans look like glasses, sooo? Why should I choose you for laser eye surgery? Why are you better? What makes you different? Why should I consider having laser eye surgery if I haven't before? How does this ad help at all? Geez!

good concept but a bit to hard to see what's going on really... and that's not down to the quality of my eyes.

The problem here is poor art direction. It can't be that expensive to have a couple of real bins shot instead of this one-hour photoshop job.
