To all the 'done'sayers: read the team's comment below. I think they've got a point. Give them a break.
Nice idea, but done before!
Hell yeah!!
Same? the link is a joke of an ad, while this isn't. So yeah, we can go on and on, the concept is similar, only this one kills it.
Excellent!!!
very funny!
u all MISSed!!!!!...it's a crap copy of the original theme!!
Just to clear things up.
We did not copy and had no clue about this ad, I don't think it ever made Cannes, Clios, One show, Archives or else or did it?
Which makes it really hard to trace, let alone copy it.
I also think it looks terribly clumsy (one visual mixes two ideas at once, while the other doesn't, what kind of a campaign is that?).
But let's compare, which one is best?
Or does the first one to come up with the concept automatically win?
Even when it looks amateur and when the runner up had no clue about it?
It's one thing to diss work that copies a well known ad, it's another to dig some ads that used the same trick first but didn't do it any justice.
vincent and souliman
Here it is :

Sorry Vincent and Souliman, I've got nothing personnal against you guys. I've seen many nice works from you by the way, so I know you're good and I'm certain you're not cheaters. But it took me two minutes to find it on the Cannes Lions website... so next time be more carefull. So you'll save a lot of energy, time and money.
cheers

Stroke of genius!!!))))
I love it!)
mister jo please, spare us with your words of wisdom on this site while spreading sour ones on yours,
Did this win anything? Because that's the whole point.
thx,
vincent
God has spoken (Joelapompe) and assured me that the ad never ever won a single piece of metal in Cannes, Clios, Dnad and co.
Making it terribly difficult to trace, find or copy.
Please, next time you call us cheats or else, find an award winning piece that had a chance to be seen on the other end of the world. Because this one really isn't an eye catcher.
vincent
That's why there are sites like joelapompe and coloribus. And why make such a fuzz? Your credibility is getting smaller with every comment you post....
Sory Vincent. An ad did not having to won to get copied. This will make you this stupid. It take the reader of thiese site 5 min to found where the is from, so I am sure as a experience creative you know the tricks. You did a good art direction and for those I gave you credit. Your doha agency has copy pasted even the looks of some of other ad, and take credit for the grande prix. Bad. Very bad.
Angry Adman.
Dear FP7,
Stealing creative is... weak.
Submitting it for awards is a whole new low!
STOLEN!!!
MR VINCENT
NICE COPY! AND DECENT ART! (LOL)
STOLEN!!!
Time to change agency name not 'FP7' its 'COPY7'
hey Vincent
It's exactly the same concept, whether you knew it or not and it makes no difference
that yours is better art directed.
respect for the art work ... idea is bad unless these slippers smell good or they poisoning from the way the spray looks..
shame on you FP7!!!

FP7 Doha is a disgrace. They copy other ads. Take work from illustrators and just put a logo on the bottom to make it an ad. They do ads for clients they haven't even got. And they enter ads in award shows that have never appeared anywhere. I wonder if they didn't enter or pulled out of One Show or as punishment, all their work was thrown out because none of their work even made the first cut let alone get voted into the book.
This ad is not for FP7 Doha... FYI.
To FP7 boy…
I bet it's you who copied it and you disclaim saving your ass.
A guilty conscience needs no accuser.
