Nice:-)
excelllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllent!
YEahhh!!
It took about a minute but I finally got it. Fabulous!
nice work it's very good idea but i have comment ..... about the brand it's lost in the ad
My congrats.
I think this is lovely - great idea, well executed. As long as the guys in cassocks don't stand on that shiny, shiny floor ...
Very good idea, but i guess its targeted to awardjudges not consumers (they may be very bright in thailand, i dont know)
good idea, bad execution. far too complicated. if this is a domestic product, why not have used household interiors instead. this could open doors to a very nice visual campaign.
totally agree with you. It should have been an everyday room, office, kitchen etc
At first i thought Jesus was part of the concept
Like the ads in this link?
http://www.jonnathand.blogspot.com
I hate the tile lines, it cheapens it but the fan one is more down to earth than a church. Perhaps a lightbulb or lamp could have been the second concept
I agree.
With those lines, it becomes a flooring (tile) ad. Way too distracting for a floor polish ad. And maybe it's just me, but I don't think it really needs to be a domestic/office visual, per se.
The only message here is the "mirror-like" finish of the product.
More memorable/fascinating the "ceiling" the better the ad, in my opinion.
I take back what I said, tiles make it suck donkey piles.
very very very very good
is the floor so well waxed that it reflects the ceiling? (if so where is the wax box's reflection?)
or is it that the floor is so well waxed that the visitor slips and sees the ceiling? (like neil french's X.O. Beer ads?)
if neither what does it say? can s.o. please explain?
it definitely can't be the visitor slipping and seeing the ceiling otherwise the product wouldn't be there lying on that floor...
Dude Chinaski wear your glasses mate, the shadow is there,
you just got 2 see it.
I've seen it man but shouldn't it be a reflection as well, if it's as good as a mirror?
I'm with chinaski. Not quite sure what these are saying.
Guess that confirms what addyhock says below.
*clears throat*
Doe, ray, me me me me
*has correct key*
Fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck Yooooooooooooooooooooooooooou!
*Takes bow*
exit stage left.
READ to the bottom of the page for my response.
I need a card for a birthday pretty soon. Make with the writing, chop chop.
And yeeeeeeees I will be doing the colouring *yawn*, you're so predictable it's not funny.
you're special. you really are.
And you're fat.
what's your point?
Just that you're a special needs child.
Nice insult. You french your mum with that mouth?
The point is, you struggled to understand this ad. It's not complicated. It's really quite simple. Like you.
You still here?
The jar has no reflection yet casts a shadow.
The ad is flawed.
Had you the ability to read properly you'd have know that that. But you don't seem to be able to do that so for the second time this week.
Fuuuuuuuuuk Yooooooooooooooooou!
Go make a proper friend sad sack. I'm not buying.
Why would the jar have a reflection? The roof isn't reflecting anything.
Something around here is flawed and it's not the ad.
The floor is so shiny it's reflecting the ceiling, yet there is no reflection of the jar on the floor. I know that because it's sitting on the floor the reflection wouldn't be that visible but you should still be able to see it if the floor is that shiny.
You understand now?
Man, you are one stubborn SOB. You're wrong most time but fight to the bitter end. It's a quality that I admire in people, seriously, but you may just want to pipe down now.
why isnt the camera in the reflection? ;)
you two slims crack me up, like an old married couple you are.
You're telling me that this minor complaint prevented you from understanding the ad? What a load of shit.
You're a fanny, it had nothing to with understanding the content, but the execution. I understood "wax is shiny", the execution of that was off in my book, so wasn't sure if that's all they were saying.
You read into things too much, which is kind of ironic seeing as you can't read good.
ha ha ha "read good", that's like something you would say. ha ha
I only have three words to say
Sucks to be (adding a fourth) yooooou!
Later chump-pants.
Why, then, would you say "Not quite sure what these are saying" instead of "these aren't well executed"?
You are so full of shit.
I didn't realize you were the grammar police.
Must be tough when you don't read that well.
I like how you think that proving this in some way will make you any better a person.
Good luck with that.
Grammar has nothing to do with it.
Are you trying to wriggle your way out of this argument or are you actually that dense?
Listen slim-bo, I saw the jar, I saw the shadow, I saw the ceiling reflected in the floor.
What I didn't see was a reflection of jar in the floor. Without that reflection it could have been an ill placed pack shot and they could have been saying that the product acts as some sort of restorative cream on fancy things or whatever.
If you had read further you would have seen a link I posted to a similar, but in my opinion better execution of the same idea. And since that one was done first I could have just said that it was stolen idea and that it was shit like you.
YOU, had to start acting like rain man "didn't get it, didn't get it, grammar, grammar, full of shit, full of shit"
If it's still bothering you later on, I think your ma's doing reach arounds behind my coloring in shed if you want some hand relief.
Might sort you out.
XXslim- for the smaller gentleman.
if you two dumb & dumber dont shut up im gonna make you eat the damn shoe polish!
No, you shut up.
I'm sorry, I thought you were slim but you're not wearing a banana hammock outside your short shorts so my mistake.
Nice package though.
Hetero Man love-5! (it's like a Hi-5, but no hands) ;)
guys, i really hate to butt in but maybe we could arrange this quarrel by making these boxes smaller...
and smaller...
and smaller...

Whatever people.
You love it.
xx
have seen it before several times, for shoe polish and i think for floor polish, too.
nice idea, anyhow. but i doubt that average joe will get this. an ad for ad people
Bloody hell, I was about to write, 'what are you all creaming yourselves about with this, its crap!', and then I got it.
Great!
9/10
-----------------------------
It's only an ad.
A lIttle bit of floor texture, that's all. A line where tiles fit together, a little marbling, whatever, but something to give us reference. Otherwise great idea.
I agree with Dave they should have kept some kinda floor texture, tile line or marbles texture or something but other then that its good!!
See the ads in the link below, they found the way to make it a campaign, keeping the floor pattern.
Its much better for me!
nice concept, but it's already done...
http://www.jonnathand.blogspot.com
I see the idea now but the idea has been done, and done better.
Check out the link

Hmmm... I saw this running here in Guatemala about some 5-6 months ago, for Powrflit floor polishers.
Ideas travel fast nowadays...
You can check it at Latinspots, where you can see more of latinamerican advertising.

It's a good idea. Unfortunately, it has been done....
I'm sorry to disagree, but I really don't like this. Far too exagerated!
______________
In God I trust
Like my uncle used to say: "I've told you ten million times to not be exagerated!".
:) I think it's a better version of "I'M NOT SHOUTING!".
Have not heard that one in a lot of time. Good one too!
CEllo estoy decuardo contigo !! pero la idea misma del espejismo ya es muy usada !! no es algo asombroso !!
"Aquí también se opina en español y em português".
bright!
I think it´s damn good!

shiny!
cool and shiny idea
Good, but done before.
its realyyy greatttttt ...i love it........but i just think one thing thats missing, the reflection of the can on the floor and not just the shadow of it:)
I think I love you Xena.
You hear that slim??
"I don't know Butchie instead"
COOL MAN !!!
