throw an overall on someone and they become a work man?! and are they suggesting that 4 fingers should be eaten in 1 minute? i dont see the connection with the 1 minute sculptures at all.

I think the kit-kat is a kind of pillow, to relax the body for a looooooong minute.

i think it is supposed to act as a pillow and that the laborer fellow is resting his swollen head on it. not very good or easy to understand ad.
