Unless you're advertising some undigestable dog food that the dog can eat, shit and eat again, then think again!

And you certainly don't need three executions.
What would have been more effective if they really wanted to go down this road is actually having the dog be in the position. Moreover if it was something for better digestion rather than constipation then they could have had another execution with the dog lifting its leg.
