Beautiful and funny. Works for me.
Slightly unnerving, the power in a knitter's hands, really.
You don't wanna cross a knitter with needles. Dangerous. Even worse are those armed with crochet needles. *speaks with experience of the emergency room and a crochet needle wiggling in his ankle*
what does a telefone has to do with stress?
is there life before death?
good point.

phone = work = stress. i think it's ok to visualise stress with a phone.
maybe it's a little disturbing that the stressful element in these ads is not the phone / clock, but the red wool.
agreed, but the white phone isn´t a stress icon!
is there life before death?
that's what i was trying to say.
i get that they're showing the 'slaughtered' phone, so the stress is sort of relieved, but as said the red wool looks kinda stressful.
this reverses the ad in a way as now the wool seems to be the stress factor.
totally agreed!
is there life before death?
Only in an office context, this doesn't do that, it could be at home, ie not related to work.
At home phone = friends/family = happiness.
www.aaasmith.blogspot.com
you're absolutely right, could be at home. i didn't think of that. but to me this sterile white desk and phone looks more like office than warm home athomsphere
btw, i think at home phones can be stressful too
You're right too.
What I think it basically boils down too, is the art direction, it looks good, but gives little sense of place, therefore isn't quite doing its job in my opinion.

target target target
it´s a good idea
"What it is. What it was."
It's so good to see some fresh and original art direction. The idea is way out there but it's there.
ahahaha A knit ad!! I never saw one before.
Sooooooooooooo bad
AAHHHAHHAHAHHAA. this one cracked me up.
But my god it really looked like blood.
I work answering a phone all day long (sometimes over 140 calls a day). It works for me.
