I quite like the art direction but the copy / comms strategy feels pretty random.
Baby's => Mozzies... yeah, I get that.
But... Ice cream => Holy man?
And salt => Bin Laden???
Maybe this is a more colloquial set of messages.

Will Think for Salary

Sorry for asking... but pls can someone tell me what is the meaning of this ad? what is KADAMBINI?

Kadambini is a magazine, they want to say that we should read the magazine to think beyond the issues mentioned in the ad.

There is another way to explain the ad, the issues mentioned are interconnected, its very intelligently done, if you see the next two ads, then you will understand.

Good idea but spontaneity missing. Jumping from one word to other sometimes is forceful.

danger child being bitten by dengue mozzies due to pollution? where mozzies and babies meet??

if its trying to convey "danger of child being bitten by dengue mozzies cause of pollution" then i think theres sth wrong with the sequence. readers read from left to right – illustration of mosquito should therefore be placed before the words pollution, dengue etc.

unclear msg, nice illustration
