Okay I'll give it a shot. All three roads are in Liverpool, England where John Lewis has just opened a new department store.
For the Cooks road execution, the road is made up with tools for the home chef, the Princess Way one, the road is made up of all things you could possibly need to treat you like a princess and the last, Lime Street, everything is lime coloured. How'd I do?

If you come from Liverpool, as I do, you'd have got these stragfht away. Brilliant piece of advertising, I'd say!
