I like the idea, but the execution is awful in my opinion. Bad photography and even worse retouching. I would expect a better campaign from Y&R.

For the people who don't understand: If you liter you could cause problems with the fragile ecosystem of some animals due to chemicals or injury from eating. The lizard is disappearing into the trash. It's not as graphic as what really happens, but It sends a message graphically.
