Very disappointing. Did Joe La Pompe commission this?
Actually the creatives came directly to me with this idea. But it's not a "ghost" ad, as long as I published it on postcards and printed it on stickers and distributed it in France's main agencies. If you're interested to receive some, I'll be very pleased to send them to you. Just email me your home adress!

This technique has been done many times before. I'm surpirsed Joe La Pompe hasn't noticed.
LOL! Couldn't have said it better myself.
It might seem like an easy idea but it hasn't been used the way it is used here. You can guess Joe La Pompe did his Homework before having this released. He's not stupid and won't allow something that make him the target of the people he actually is denouncing.
If you have come across and ad using the same technique to say the same thing, then please, share it with us.
And as for a matter of taste, I agree that the idea is not a complicated one, but it is damn efficient, straight to the point, and targeting the exact people it is supposed to target.
So it's a good ad for me.

Please...You don't need to argue like if it was a real client with reals clients problems, with something to sell....
