I actually think the picture isn't effective. It needs to go much further. I mean, the guy kind of looks like a bad ass, an old man bad ass motocrosser. So all I'm left feeling is, "man I'm glad this guy eventually figured out what he was meant to do." I wish it showed us something bad happening because he found his calling too late in life. Then the copy would work better.

The translation from Russian is a bit muddled. To simplify: "It's important to find the right job (your job) at the right time". Good piece -- with its effect based on irony.

I agree with the point from Guest. An air stewardess is a job. Being a biker or a cheerleader usually isn't.
