Forgive me if i'm wrong, but classic video games never had a distorted perespective, like this one, which reminds me of a Möbius strip. They just did not have the computer power to render the shades which actually make a 3D illusion.

There's nothing wrong with perspective here. It’s just as shot from above with a guy lying on the street. It’s a good illusion, though.
