OK, here's the scenario....
The SWAT wanted to go in and take down the baddies. The commander decided to be the 'hero', changed into a delivery guy attire. Briefed his guys for the last time before he goes in and finish up the job, by himself. Bastard!
Hmmn, but again, he might fail and expose his own cover since he forgotten to change his SWAT boots. *wink wink
