While I sort-of agree, what you are objecting to is the entire basis of the cosmetics and cosmetic surgery industries, not this ad.
Yes, you are right. However these ads are saying it very directly "it is beautiful and attractive, and it is not", while majority other is doing it a little bit less empthatically. In some way these ads are teaching the intolerance (unfortunately it is simultaneously a way to the effectiveness).
