What is this? A Pub? Where is the address? I never saw a bar ad without the address. Is pointless.
I'm puzzled myself. I though this is some known brand and I'm missing something.
I didn't know Apple had an agency in India doing work for Ipod.
Actually they have. It's Rediffusion DYR, Ney Delhi. It is an ad for iPod. Their work involved creatives: Sudip Bandyopadhayay (CD,AD,Photographer), Ajay Gahlaut & Vikash Chemjong (CW). *Lurzer Archive Vol 4-2006, pg 8* And it's a strikingly simple ad that works-at least for me.

take off the apple logo, and it works for any pub with the same line.
my guess is that there is actually a pub in india called "i-pub" - and it has an apple logo.
So sorry. We should have given the details early.
i-Pub is an event organized by i-Pod across various pubs in Bangalore, India. The venue is peopled with i-Pub representatives carrying i-Pods, who go around and give an i-pod demo to anyone who asks for it. The creatives are adopted into posters, tent-cards, backdrop and standees required for the event venue.

The iPod is so well known they can actually change the name and we still know what it is - not fair huh? Long live apple! I think they were just having a bit of fun here...

They introduced Coke Zero because they found out that Coke Light was being used by femals most of the time. male would drink it too, but Light got the image of being for the girls. So they introduced Coke Zero as a light drink especially for men.

looks like someone had this really cool b&w idea but couldn't think of a proper client.
would be much better without the apple ipub logo and the line. not every idea's born to become an ad.

Whatever the idea may be, I think the executions are tired and worn out.
why i seem to be the only one who likes these ads? i like how the black and white turn heads, afterwards, it is Apple, and they are entitled to say or do anything, true, its not fair!

The Best WORST Scam Ad EVER! Better purge everything on whatever tools your doing this pieces of crap with, coz even though its only scam, Apple Inc won't like it how you're treating their brand with this kind of abandon... This is a thousand years behind both apple's simplicity and candor. (Have you ever really seen an Apple ad?). And using apple logo even though your not an apple.... You'd better have a great lawyer standing by.

looks like a fake ad to me. probably someone trying to be clever by changing 'pod' to 'pub' and giving it a visual. Even if it is a real ad, it's very much away from the actual iPod bright colour way of advertising. I'm not impressed.

well the guy up there already explained, iPub is an event for iPod, meaning ,this ad IS for apple and by apple consent, at least that is what I understood
