Many foreigners have trouble pronouncing the english "th" correctly. And quite often, they just pronounce it like "s" instead (e.g. "sank you").

On the other hand, the same is true for Scots and Irishmen, although they use "t" istead of "th". Thus I find the ad slightly funny and stupid at the same time.
