It's a nice idea. Maybe visual can be explored more.
From which we deduce that people commenting 'great' either took part in the making of or are just insulting everyone else.
I'm sorry, but these are just very weak. All the faces don't even form the big face, they are just... well... thrown together, using the same faces several times. And if the faces, perfectly matched together, would create this one big face... than everybody would scream 'done'...

All you have to do for these illustration is take a photo of say, ratan tata..use filter stamp in photoshop..and put it above the layer where you have ensemble other people's faces..atleast they should have been placed in a way that it shows the contour of his face..HALF AN HOUR JOB..including downloading of photographs from net
