This has some really bad photoshop work. The napkin has the pattern only on edges and the rest of it is perfectly smooth. Who ever placed all these items on the map paid no attention to scale and made no attempt to make them look like a part of the scene.

They had to go to Dubai for THIS? Ogilvy could have done it much better in India.
