I'll have a pop;

It's a health care service of some sort, not sure what but perhaps its clearer in German.

The concept is that, when you tell a kid not to do something because it is dangerous, they'll ignore it. This ad is a literal visual representation of the old phrase 'in one ear and out the other' - hence, you will need the health plan because kids will always be getting into scrapes. That help?
