Not too sure about the idea of giving your competitor as big, if not bigger space in the ad as the product you're advertising for.

This is lazy. Competitive/comparitive advertising has to be really clever to work. Sorry guys. If it wasn't for the Honda logo at the bottom it would be an ad for Smart Car. Art direction needs a lot of help. You also need body copy to qualify why it's smarter.
