I don't see as bad translation, I see as a bad execution of a good idea.
I only understood seeing the campain.
In my opinion is an ad for advertisers to see. It doesn't work for the customers with this execution.

The copy translation is off, andrej is right should be second choice or second career. The ad only makes sense if you know the ads title. So... bad art direction.
