That's because it's poorly executed. Whoever did this didn't take the time to draw with traditional tools. Instead they opted for Illustrator strokes that look weird.
So much could have been done here. I think the art direction was very plain.
i understand that hand-drawing is all "in" this year, but it doesn't support the idea strongly enough.
And, come on, the BRAND IS TOO SMALL!
