yes, it is. i had to see foxy's to get the idea... the empty space on the lower part of the photography takes much more focus than the upper part, which is the most important part for the full understanding of the ad...

neither this or Foxy is convincing - what's the connection between man's shirt and women's breasts looking like a glass of wine and the sparkling wine? pretty loose connection IMHO.
