They're saying that the concrete is so strong, attempts to destroy them are feeble and make the tools (Dynamite, Jackhammer etc) seem futile like toys.

Yeah, the only one that isn't clear in this ad is the wrecking ball one. Even though I understand he's using it as a bouncy ball toy...Maybe if your an actual person who work in construction (demographics hello!) You'll totally get it.

Simply dramatic : smile over a should be broken ground. This is ironical pictures, like other advertiser use as language method of visual. Why cloud ? isnt it to make high contrast in photos ?
