i don't know when this one has been done. but i've seen the silhouettes-of-a-baby's-arms-or-legs idea at least more than twice. the idea of using a baby to symbolise an opening / something new has been done to death.
though it looks quite realistic and gets a "oh how sweet, a sweet little baby doing funny things with it's sweet little hands" bonus. plus i bet these bored office people who spend their time sending funny www pics to everyone they know would love this one.
