Like it.
But sounds more like self help program. Doesn't have much to do with Soda.
I like anyway.

aha! so Spermatozoids can swim really well..... show the world that you are a spermatozoid that can do what else....???

zorba's picture

it's not pointless...

it's not the spermatozoid that can do more...
it's abou showing that you are MORE than just a spermmatozoid...

Got it?

So, are they basically saying: "By drinking guarana you'll show that your worthless life means something"?

That's pathetic... I'm sorry, being brazilian and all, but the copywriting from DM9 is completely ridiculous...

Amazing art direction.

I'm not familiar with the product, but I believe Guaraná Antartica is soda/energy drink, if it's so, the copy fits perfectly.

This campaign is not based on something about the product.

It's based on the target.

They wanted to target teenagers and young adults, hence the "attitude" tone.

The whole campaign is like that, and the tag says: It is what it is.

Guaraná is a very popular soda in Brazil, so they can actually manage to do that.

The ads themselves are not amazing, so I have no idea why they were submitted.

You nailed the problem in 2 sentences, Chucky.

A fucked strategy is what it is.
