I've never seen this done before for a cold/flu medicine. It's a great concept, especially to people like me who see treating a cold or flu as a war between me and the virus.
I love the art direction, too. Would translate really well as an online interactive thing where you could zoom in on the various "weapons" in the war on the sniffles.
