Honestly this makes no sense what's so ever, further more the explanation comment from the CD makes no sense what's so ever. I'm pretty sure your stock standard Mother isn't going to get it either.

Stop trying to be so clever, you have a dream client with a million possible insights that not many of us have ever had the chance, or will, to work on.

Man I could clean up in Beirut if this is the kind of shizzle they're flogging as brilliant.

this store is for kids brains right? so its for parents, so that they go the brain store right, and get their kids some smart toys and stuff, to help make their kids smarter right? but then it says 'Dont let your kids lead the way'? - is that trying to say 'dont let your kids choose, give them something smart before they start playing video games'? why the hell should you not let your kids lead the way? I have a kid and my reaction to that line was: you bet I let her lead the way! that ole tyme republican brain store can ki## my a##!

and some peeps said 'look at the artwork, then you'll get it'. I dont get it either way. I want to be surprised by a new explanation please.

Please explain this campaign to the rest of the advertising industry!

Dude, I was actually thinking that. It would take serious ballz to create an ad that everyone hates so much they can't stop talking about how horrible it is, right up until the client sold out.

It'll be "Head On" all over again.

I think this is trying to say that the kid is so smart now, that the mother has to take control. She is demonstrating her authority by lifting him up by the neck of his shirt? Shouldn't she be vacuuming under him then? And what's with the black gooey stuff in the bottom right corner?

That's the placenta from the reproduction pod the child was hatched from.

That child looks like he is being abused and doesn't know what to do. IMHO very poor direction. The campaign is a total rip off. I'm disappointed that Grey would even let out this kind of self-indulgent work.

Too many cooks in the kitchen....

I like this ad. It's not supposed to be literal I think, and I'm glad the art took an extreme approach.
Truly, parents act like kids' servant these days.
