I agree with mrtalented, that's incredibly boring! who gives a shit about cutting the little seeds?
I doubt anyone cares about cutting seeds. It's just further emphasizing that the knife is sharp. You could cut a watermelon with a butter knife, but you can only cut the seeds with one of these.
