Have you people never heard of using Google and employing localized advertising? Jesus, it took me all of three seconds to find http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bandung.

Here, let me save everyone the trouble of asking. "Do you even work in advertising?"

Most times, worst enemies used to be best friends...

... which assumes it ran in a magazine where NO ONE KNOWS THE FREAKING CAPITAL.

Lord, how silly can you be, bud? The READERSHIP will *know* what this means. Just because you cant figure it out doesnt matter one whit.

Beautiful photography.

Too bad that the idea is done over and over again.

Greenpeace are terrorists, by the way.

SeanMartin's picture

Know what terrorists are? Folks who do something purposely designed to be inflammatory while hiding behind a mask of anonymity. Your comment is meaningless, little person. When you're ready to actually put your name on your beliefs, let me know.

No, terrorists are people who harm other people or people's property in name of dogmatic beliefs.

SeanMartin's picture
SeanMartin

Terrorists are more than just that. Terrorists work just as much with the weaponry of words and then run and hide in the shadows like cockroaches... just like our "guest" here. What you may think of Greenpeace is up to you, but at least sign off on your beliefs before throwing them out there. If you cant do that, then all the comments you make on the subject are just worthless.

I see you're taking a lot of heat, again. But for a change, this time you're right.

*inflammatory comments designed to use the weaponry of words to demoralize my non-radical enemies and then hide behind the moniker "guest" *

i'm not quite sure how commenting on something on the internet qualifies for Homeland Security background checks, but even if you use a name, the internet is still anonymous so your argument is stupid.

the internet is still anonymous, so your argument is stupid. go be wrongly opinionated somewhere else.

Thank you for demonstrating that you're not only too afraid to sign your work, but you're a freaking moron as well. Now go to class and *learn* something for a change instead of hanging out on sites where you clearly do not belong. :) Then go to your regular sites and find a date for tonight, bud. Yeah, she's *really* 21 and a virgin. LOL

What does someone's opinion about Greenpeace have to do with terrorism??? And does it matter whether that opinion is anonymous or signed? No-one ever died of reading an opinion that they don't share. In case you feel offended by that comment then that's your problem. No need to call people a freaking moron if they don't share your ideas on the subject either.

This ad is not as effective as the one that had the sign saying Tibet. Greenpeace does not likely get a large percentage of it's funding from Bandung...and no, you rude man, I have not looked it up yet, but I will. The point of advertising is usually to reach the greatest number of people possible with a strong message that will encourage people to act a certain way or buy a certain thing. Picking an obscure place like Bandung simply does not work.

So the first questions were quite valid.
