Simple ideas are the best !
Oh yeah...very 'original' approach.
1.) Take a ready image from gettyimages.com : CF049706.tif (you'll also find the rest of the 'campaign' on getty under various tags).
2.) Think hard what would be the best pseudo product you could use it for.
3.) Take the most obvious one (the lady's asleep = Voila! a mattress ad!!)
4.) Finito! You are on the front page of adsoftheworld!
