I agree with you if it was photography. These being illustrations i think these can get by as strong graphic statements to represent 'being over weight'. i.e, if you don't take it as so literal?

So when it's illustration we're allowed to distort the message? I understand that once it's no longer photography we're expected to allow some room for artistic interpretation, but the message these are sending is "Get a fat as you fucking like. Then go to the gym" and that's just wrong and irresponsible. You must be a fat fuck to jump on that comment. The Gold's Gym Body Transformation is a 3 month program of exercises combined with diet and supervised by a trainer, which is specifically designed for people who wants to change their body in a short time, that's why I believe this campaign is excellent, because the message is correct, not to mention the extraordinary art direction. I believe that the most accurate way to know if you are fat or skinny, is when you use your regular clothes... they don't lie.

Yo creo que cada pais tiene sus particularidad y estan son tomadas en cuenta para realizar un proyecto, quien piense que todos pensamos igual es un iluso. Por supuesto que a unos les atraerá y a otros no. El trabajo llama la atencion y ya con eso cumple el primer objetivo, La gente sabrá que existe y entonces cumplimos con el de informar.
Creo que lo importante para estos efectos es la realizaciòn sobre el fondo del anuncio (si motiva o no) que opinen los gorditos.
