Golden Toast: Butter
Tastes like already buttered.
The headline "Tastes like already buttered" plays with the double-meaning of the proverb: Generally it means that something tastes great and in this context with the butter toast it implies that the toast has already been buttered.

Nice ads, Congratulations
"Tastes like already buttered"
Still looks like a boring piece of dry toast to me. Didn't make my mouth water at all. Not good for a food advert.
If you want bread thats already buttered, have a croissant.
line is good
I know what they're trying to communicate with this ad. But I must say it's SUCH a strange visual to look at. I mean the way the "butter" curls up against the knife seems quite odd. Maybe in Germany, forces of nature work quite the opposite?
only after reading your comment i could get that curled stuff is butter
