I can't realize...
This was Chris Waddle missing the decisive penalty in the 1990 World Cup Semi Final against Germany.
In front you see Lothar Matthäus condoling Waddle, in the backgroaund German Team members celebrating Goaly Bodo Illgner, I guess…
He didn't just miss the penalty, he put it about 15 metres over the bar!!
