Agreed. Have a look at his blog. I guess if all you're doing is student-level spec work you can get away with calling yourself a creative director. After all, you have no one to answer to. Including actual clients.

I love the campaign but this one doesn't work for me... it looks like a greasy mechanic has been playing and not a kid. The others are brilliant!!!
