I am confused. Why the use of the Clima ads? What is this supposed to say? Someone pls explain.

I am not sure if this is about those bicycles are so great that even the best lock is not enoght to avoid somebody steal them.

It seems like it's saying that the bike is so well-designed that the only way to steal it is to dismantle the bike rack. I guess?
