The idea is good (if a little tired ( groan !!))

But the exicution is awfull, it just lacks some subtlety.
I think a good retoucher, could have shaped this into something less garish

Cool cultural stance. Represents the importance of good tires in such an area. And of course, if they'd do well in the Dakar, they'd be great almost anywhere. As far as Cannes goes? I dunnnno...
