funny campaign. It's very rare to see something good in butter ads.

Lovely insight, beautiful ads. That happens to my toast all the time and it all but sends me screaming to me knees with the sheer injustice of it all.

Pretty clever and quite a funny ad based on a simple human truth - it sucks when that happens to your toast! This ad might even influence product trial (a rare thing for ads these days) because people simply hate butter that doesn't spread, so at the end of the day ad does its job.

I'll give you a higher score for this one, but I noticed you did the same ad with a croissant. How that is different than this, I don't know. Art is a little sloppy too.

love it
so true and funny

I think it would be better without the copy, just the product shot and "Butter that spreads."

Genuine insight for a difficult product and good art direction.

Good idea, shit headline

Nice... Finally something that actually says what the product means instead of just saying it's smooth and buttery and yummy.

Kudos to the folks at john st.

Don't know who the people were that worked on it.
Most likely Angus and Steve oversaw it.

Best butter ad I've ever seen. Sorry, Fabio.

да пиздец как крута!

I find nothing funny about this. Brutality, violence,
trivializing them - not funny. And if you end up with
toast like this it's usually the bread that's rubbish
not the spread. Butter's not good for you. Sorry
nothing good about this ad.

Bravo(: Great line!!!
