The only common thing between these two ads is the concept of barefoot. But in a totally different context. I don't see a "but" here.

Agreed. There is no "but." Does Nike own the rights on showing feet in an ad? You guys gotta cut this crap out.

oh god you're right, exactly the same. I bet they're really kicking themselves now. CD heads are going to roll on this one. Good call, you're sharp.

Why the rudeness?

I don't see the Nike spot as interference, these ads are really nice. And the retouching is fantastic...

Beautiful retouching. I seem to remember a levis ad where a bare ass had the little red tab on it. Similar but different I suppose.

One of my favourites :D

A verrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!.

Nice. Nothing to add.

Totally obvious, given that brief/line, I would have thought.
Well crafted, agreed.
And why the hands?

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

when u try on new shoes u sometimes check (With ur hands) if there is ample space for ur toes...over here it looks like it fits perfectly

Oh, yeah. Thanks, Spide.:)

>>>> That's not an ad. THIS is an ad.

Why the dark background and atmosphere?
A nice white will do better i think

ah yes, why the hand?

the retouching at the toe part a bit fade out, but still a nice it, it make me want to get a shoes like tat, sure impressive. ha.

German ad, eh? I remember they used to use human leather back in WWII ...

am i the only one to find this post inappropriate?

No

BUGGERS

Yeah. I don't know why that comment about WWII was necessary. But, I make mistakes some times with my comments, so I will forgive it.

If you look back far enough you can find most countries have some bad stuff on their track record. Leave it be.

GLOBAL HUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUG!

Been done for Levi's in the 60s when they showed the naked bum of a girl with levi's pocket drawn on her ass with a marker.

I like it, its not the same as the levis ad and its not the same as the nike one either, although they are similar.

These photos are just beautiful. I like all of them! And nice retouching indeed. Though the idea might not be fresh but it works for me...

I just had lunch with the lady who took this photo, I was researching it
her husband designed it. she lives in belgium
