I am new to this, so bear with me. I don't understand why some people find this ad ridiculous and disgusting. I think it's metaphorical, fresh and funny. I can totally imagine these mini pizzas mischievously fooling my hunger, and I wouldn't have anyhting against it. On the contrary, I would chuckle, maybe trying to think of another scenario that opposes Frescarini and my hunger.
