it could have been done by using a white outline around the victim, or a blue/black tent over the body, where police usually use for dead victims instead of showing the person himself. bit distasteful, but the concept is there. strong visual but too strong for a campaign ad for organ donation pledge.

In bad taste. There's nothing funny about death. Quite clearly, the creatives who can relate being hit by a car with a comic-strip heroic pose have never lost a loved one through a car accident. Shame on their creative directors and their dumb-ass client.
