Well, the bible does condemn homosexuality. According to scripture gays go to hell. So that tattoo is correct. Doesn't mean I share God's view on this issue.

It's true but only a fanatical Christian would go as far as tattooing this on his arm :) And fanatics are rarely good people.

All I am saying is that the ad is targeting homophobics not Christians in general. Because, although Christians believe that gays go to hell, how many of them do actually get an anti-gay tattoo?

I am all about creativity, but sometimes some agencies get carried away. I find this particular ad controversial. It's not just the whole "Does God really hate "fags"?" issue. For once, the ad implies that if you hate "fags" you are a bad person and that if you are a bad person, you are less likely to donate your organs after death. Say that to an extreme fringe individual - the only type of an individual who would "broadcast" their hatred of other people like this, via a tattoo - and you would be in trouble. You just can't reason with "fanatics". At the same time, there are many good hearted hard working individuals (not just Christians) who do not accept or understand homosexuality; that does not mean they are "bad" and so need to become "better" persons. I know this ad does not target them, but still.

It seems to me that all you creative types have totally got wound up by your own morality and forgottgen that this is a gret and fresh way of approachging body part donations. The tattoo was done by a homophobic idiot...but the idea is that even a teat like that can become a better person if he carries a donor card.

I can't see this working. Is there anyone out there who hates homosexuals / different races etc. KNOWING this makes him/her a bad person and wants to be a better man at least after death? There is some serious childish naivety and the unability to change perspective in this ad.
If Christ hated sinners, he would have never died for them. God is not capable of hatred, that is an evil spirit that opposes God. God is Love, how can God hate Himself? Did he not put his very nature into every man, whether he is a sinner or whether he is sanctified by Christ's blood, he is made in the image of God. No, people, God does not hate homosexuals or fornicators, liars, adulterers, cheaters, whoremongers, murderers, thieves, pedophiles, atheists, buddhists, Jews, Blacks, Asians, Muslims or even Satanists. He loves them all, even those who slander his name by saying that "God hates fags".
Owwwww that looks sore, oh oops have lost the message of this campaign!
